The room was very clean and spacious. We had a kitchen and laundry. The bed was as good as home. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The location is incredible being right in the theatre precinct. We attended a concert at Margaret Court arena and easily walked there and back. There are many bars and eateries within easy walking distance. There is Mantra parking onsite and everything was easy!

hotel was good and room very nice .pool , spa, sauna were great , bed very comfy hotel right next to all shops and mall all in walking distance, had nice breakfast it was buffet and plenty to chose from would eat there again, only issue we didn't like was house bar was only open Friday and sat from 4 to 8pm, we would of liked to have a drink but was shut when we gort back

Checkin experience was good!!! Received a nice upgrade to one-bedroom appartment. Comfortable, nicely equipped. Loved my stay. Laundry facilities were great!! Breakfast = plenty, nice choices and tasty. Swimming pool: nice to do some laps in the morning. Sauna: nice! Location was just very good!!

Stay in one bedroom premium apartment located on 16th floor. The hotel itself located close with everything! Hundreds restaurant around the place open till late. Everything walking distance such as: museum, shops, state library, groceries, gallery, train station, free tram loop. parking just beside the building however the drop off /pick up point in front of the hotel always full with car parking. It’s hard to park your car if you use rental car at the very first day to check in before enter the parking spot that they have in the parking building beside the hotel that runs by private company. The room that we stay was in a good condition, clean-no bad smells, the place looked after well. Staff were friendly including the cleaning service. We travel with an active toddler who requires playing a lot. State library nearby full of free event went we visited. The museum has children section and it’s a must to visit if you have children under 5yrs. It’s a beautiful playground setup with sensory, physically, interactive activities. We stayed for 8 days in this hotel and never feel far from home. Definitely will stay again in the future and recommended to others to stay.

It has been an extremely seamless experience staying at the property. Every single member of the staff went the extra mile to ensure I was well looked after throughout. It's not surprising this place is always booked out! Will definitely be back.
