The location, amenities and staff were great, I've given a 3 rating because the noise within the room was really, really loud, the "in room" A/C was industrious and the noise from the Roof Mounted AC/Refrigerator units at the Coles supermarket directly adjacent to the room made it virtually impossible to sleep, the windows in the room only had venetian blinds, as such the night lights from surrounding buildings and street lights made it pretty miserable, we virtually did not sleep and came away exhausted from our stay... Im sure if you had a room that was better positioned with a quiet AC, some proper curtains, you would have a great stay, unfortunately for us, it wasn't.

2 grandparents, 1 nine year old grandson and a wonderful time by all. It rained but did not damper our spirits. A fabulous time at Wildlife HQ with a reptile encounter, a visit to the Caloundra Air Museum and hours in the indoor pool what better way to spend time together with icecream, great cafes, friendly people and views that stretch out to sea.

Great time, relaxing and close to everything. Would go again. Facilities great and close to all the dining and beach across the road. View and room clean and well presented. Would recommend and stay again in the near future. Thanks for the time there.

Perfectly centrally located with beach views as well as a Birds Eye view of parts of the triathlon

The location is perfect, the views sensational and the sound of waves crashing at the beach is the perfect way to start the relaxation in a clean well maintained room with full amenities or as many as we wanted anyway. Staff seemed happy and service was friendly and efficient . We will be back which is the highest recommendation you can give .

Pros: Great location Sea view Easy to get into and out Didn’t swim in pool but looked nice Supermarket close by. Cons. Rooms are small and even with the kitchen I don’t think you could sustainably cook a meal there. Maybe toast and breakfast but not a simple dinner. Rooms are not cleaned each day - which is fine and was made clear but nothing to try and sweep the floor and so rooms are not enjoyable to hang out in.
