Very nice hotel in the central location, amazing reception with great service, comfortable rooms. Very nice breakfast buffet. Big thank you to Lale, customer relations manager who ensured we have the best time here and are being taken care of. We will definitely come back

Service was good. But they just should get a pool as soon as possible. Breakfast was beautiful 😻. Beautiful lale at the breakfast with Emre. Elmira was good at enough for check out process. And Ugurcan who carried our luggages fastly enough is kind !

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Their breakfast is amazing. Very helpful staff especially Kristina in the roof restaurant who showed us much help and kindness. Very professional .. thanks and I will tell my friends about the hotel. Also everything was super clean and they gave us the pillows we asked for when we requested them
