The hotel were newly furnished with complete amenities, the room are clean and have good vibe. Reception staff very friendly and helpful all the time you need their help. Breakfast are so-so as well the wifi connection not too good for streamings but thats only minor things for me since I only stay for 1 night. Definitely will come back

I always book my stay at Mercure whenever I’m on a business trip at Makassar. Great service as always by the staff, always greeted with a smile on their face, clean room and easy access to the city. Will be booking my next visits at Mercure for sure!

Irene Pentury : very clean and comfort room, nice recepcionist, OB is very helpful, the food also variable and good, welcome drink also good, the location is easy to find, located in the middle of the makassar city, overall very good. Will be back one day.
