We stayed here the night before a flight to Milan. Approximately 15 mins on bus 423 from T5. Short walk to the Three Magpies pub, see separate review. Next door to a petrol station and little convenience store. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet, spotlessly clean and perfect for an overnight stay. Bucket of ice and additional tea, coffee etc no problem. Room was quite modern. Very comfortable bed and a good shower. There is parking but we did not use this. Breakfast £14 but we did not have this. Restaurant was very quiet during our stay but reasonably priced. Highly recommended when travelling from Heathrow.

This was the worst booking experience ever at this hotel as they cancelled our rooms at extremely short notice

We've had 5 rooms booked for a total of 10 nights which the hotel cancelled at extremely short notice so we had to book alternative rooms at a much higher price for our new bookings due to the short notice of their cancellations.

Comfy value hotel.

Comfy and clean rooms. New furniture. Decent look. Typical Ibis styles. Wifi is very fast when finally logged in. Somehow not all my devices managed to do that. There is no shuttle bus for airport stayers. But a free public bus to the airport around 250 meters away. Uber to the terminal was 7.00 GBP. Very little to complain about here. Check in took almost 10min and the breakfast was awful. Maybe that's due to the Corona situation. But the coffee was really improvable even with Corona. But everything else just fine. Thanks!

Stayed here for a night with a friend - lovely hotel, lovely staff. Was worried about potential noise from planes as mentioned in another review, however the room was virtually silent. Was expecting breakfast to be more basic than it was.
