Great location, clean and neat hotel and it smells so good. Thanks to Erika Toledo, Mark Villanueva and Arlene Novio for the great service. All in all, it is a very good hotel.

We had a wonderful experience in the hotel, very good customer care from Erika Toledo, Arlene Novio and Mark Villanueva. The room is very and equipped with the things we need for everyday use. Very good ambience and centrally located. We will definitely come back.

Amazing Technology within the hotel

Wow, I am amazed on how this hotel promotes sustainability by using SmartREM - energy-saving technology reducing carbon footprints, two step faucet filtration eliminating the use of single-use plastic packagings and many more. Kudos to the management and the people behind this. Definitely will choose Joy Nostalg again.

Great staycation for families

The room was spacious. We got the executive studio with 2 single beds. The room was huge, it has a kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, and 2-door ref. They didn’t have bottled water but the water from the faucet has filter. It also had a sofa, big full mirrors, and lots of cabinets. The CR has a TV and a bidet which I loved and was quite bigger than usual (but not that huge lol) which was good. The breakfast buffet had great selections also. The hotel has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The location was like a 5 minute walk to SM Podium and around 10 minute walk to SM Megamall (via SM podium). The heartists (staff) were also so nice and warm!!! Overall, we loved our stay here and we’ll surely go back!
