The breakfast pastries was like home made, fresh and delicious. The pudim made by the pastry cook Firmino, It was the best I've ever tasted! Variety, quality, fresh . Every morning had a new cake, all Brazilian recipes and perfect with a good cup of coffee.

Great service especially from the bell staff. Andre did the front desk proud in helping will all kinds of requests Would definitely recommend as many hotels can become much of a muchness and it’s always the service that differentiates the good from the best IMO.

We booked this hotel to coordinate as it is the meeting point for the Gregtur one-day São Paulo tour. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Our room on the 21st floor was large, with a comfortable bed and good balcony, which was a bonus for a city centre hotel. Staff upon checking were very helpful. Breakfast was good, if not offering extensive choice for a hotel of this price. I accidentally left a pair of sunglasses (just purchased and still in the shopping bag) on the reception desk when we picked up our luggage to get the taxi to the airport. The hotel contacted me within minutes and safely kept the bag as we had good time to turn around the taxi and head back for them. This service was really appreciated. Would certainly stay here again when we need a central SP hotel.

Great experience! Very well located with great options for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Staff was outstanding and went the extra mile to be supportive and help us with our toddler. Special thanks to the kitchen staff and restaurant, Noor who was helping us out with my toddler while parents were trying to eat, Kevin and Esdra from reception. They even set up a kid’s space in my room with toys for my little one.
