Been almost 12 years since I last stayed here..and wanted to check it out again on my current business trip. Did not disappoint …welcoming reception and care when I had to wait 2 hours to check in. Coming in from Europe always a problem arriving in the morning ! Staying a total of 5 nights. Can’t complain. Only warning is when heading to the rooftop restaurant / bar- Vertigo. (A must) l. As always wonderful views but soo expensive for average food and many of waiters struggle with English! Food at breakfast is amazing with combination of west and east food.

Fantastic hotel! Great staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious, large shower and a bath with plenty of hot water. We had a room with breakfast which was plentiful. Also had a room which gave us canapés and drink from 18.00 hrs til 19.30 hrs all included. If we went back to Bangkok we would definitely stay there again. It would be unfair to single out any particular member of the staff team for special praise because they were all great. We had a drink in the bar nearly on the top floor which had great views of the city. Unfortunately we didn't get to eat in the roof top restaurant which was dissapointing Still next time! nice pool to rejax around too.

The hotel is truly awesome, and the service provided is excellent across the board. All the employees are exceptionally lovely and welcoming. Exceptional Service

I booked the horizon king room, which was a very nice room with a living room separated from the bed room. This is by far my favorite hotel to stay in Bangkok. Rooms: you can see some aging, especially in the electronics, but it doesn’t bother me. Everything else was spot on, beds were amazing, the room was spotless. Breakfast: good variety of choice and nice taste Location: the only thing is the location is quite a taxi ride away (20-25mins) from the major malls (platinum, central world, siam paragon) Service: the main highlight of this hotel. Service was amazing from the moment you set foot on the property, until the end of your stay. Concierge, front desk, housekeeping, FnB , top notch service. Compliments to the female front desk supervisor there who helped us check in and check out. Overall a very pleasant stay. Enjoyed every bit of it!

Faultless (Aussie traveller)

One week stay in King room with club facilities. Big, quiet, king room with view, staff, food, laundry, club, pool, spa, gym all faultless. We were on level 39. Club is great value for all daily mini meals, cocktails 2hr session every afternoon and free flow beer most of the day. Staff in the club are very friendly and attentive. Club management is very professional. If booking a club room you have a VIP check-in and concierge on level 19. Breakfast choice in the main restaurant were greater than club with a good egg chef, however we are early risers so the club breakfast could be calmer when busy hour starts. If you get to breakfast early and it not too hot, you can sit outside in the lovely tropical water garden with koi fish pond. 15min walk to BTS, 20min walk to superich in Silom, 7/11 very close, KFC across the road for a late night spicy wings munchie fix. % is also close by for best coffee with an amazing view at the very top of the Empire tower. Skywalk is close too. We stayed during Songkran, so traffic was light and we Grabbed everywhere, it was 20min to everywhere. If going for Songkran, you are right next to Silom for all the water action which we loved. The Banyan Tree have their own cruise which was fabulous, sure bit more expensive than princess etc, but with Banyan you get more than you pay for. Moon bar was lovely for night ending cocktails with amazing views (prices same as a club in Aus). Needless to say we will be back for Songkran again and Banyan will be our home again. Hit up a helpful if this assisted your search and enjoy Bangkok!
