Staff in general from reception to the poolside, from the restaurant to the valet assistant, like everyone was very friendly, polite and respectful, no matter what time of the day or night you availed their services. The hotel needs a general facelift, the lifts not working after the hefty rainfall on the 16th April 2024 was a bit of a let down, but the overall price paid, roughly aed 12k for a 2 bedroom apartment, is more than fair for the great experience we had including the pool area, fresh towels and bedding on daily basis etc. Would love to come back and see slightly upgraded sights like modern sofas, smart tv, induction stove, sophisticated cutlery etc.

Stayed in swissotel living al ghurair residence wing for 3 weeks Excellent experience Very spacious, well equipped apartment Attached to the mall with Carrefour, restaurants, cinemas, shopping etc Very clean, excellent housekeeping staff (tajul Islam) who provided wonderful housekeeping services daily, drinking water on request always Highly recommended

My experience at the hotel was utterly disappointing. Despite booking directly through their website, the level of miscommunication was staggering. While Maklouf attempted to assist us beyond expectations, the management's unhelpfulness and insistence on overcharging tarnished our stay from the start. Despite arranging a late checkout due to our spa booking, we were incessantly hassled and made to feel like nuisances. The lack of internal communication among staff exacerbated the situation, with repeated interruptions despite prior arrangements. The accusation of damaging a safe upon our return, coupled with a demand for payment, felt like a blatant cash grab. Despite our longstanding loyalty to Swissotel, the treatment we received was appalling. From begging for basic amenities like water and towels to enduring subpar service during breakfast, the overall experience was marred by incompetence and indifference. Waiting half an hour for utensils and being told to fetch our own coffee for my elderly grandmother epitomized the extent of the staff's negligence. In sum, this was an abysmal experience that fell far short of the standards expected from a reputable hotel chain like Swissotel.

The staffs are very accommodating. The room was spacious that we were able to make our bonding experience memorable. The hotel is connected to Al Ghurair Mall which makes is accessible to everything. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay and have enjoyed the quiet and comfortable staycation in the spacious 2-bedroom apartment. I booked a one-bedroom apartment but was upgraded to a two-bedroom place because it was my birthday staycation. The apartment is very spacious with all the amenities you can find in a living space. It has a separate laundry room too. The bedrooms are also huge and the master bedroom even has a walk-in closet. The apartment is perfect for families or groups of 3-4 persons. Staff are all friendly and very courteous. I had the same very satisfying experience even on the first time I had stayed in Swissotel. And this staycation was the 2nd. Great location too as it is connected to the Al Ghurair Mall in Deira. You can park for free in the mall's parking space or use the metro to get around the city. Taxis are available too. The breakfast buffet is nice and have plenty of selections. Overall, our stay is very satisfying.
