Rixos premium seagate is the best hotel ever, very nice view, friendly employee and excellent service u can have.. thanks alot, we have a great time here.. I advice every one especially who has kids to came and enjoy the wonderful and amazing scheduale for parents and kids,

Rixos Seagate is our favorite hotel every one here is friendly and helpful especially Yama in guest relation also the food , the pools, everything thing is great all of us adore it and enjoyed our vacation here , the beach is very interesting and full of beautiful kinds of fish love Rixos soooo much

A Great Holiday Hotel

We had a wonderful holiday in this hotel. Mr. Uğur’s attention from start to finish in the reservation department carried our holiday to a perfect point. Thank you for Chef Fatih for döner, Chef Mustafa for tandoori and Chef Mohammed's wonderful meals at The Mangal Restaurant. Thank to Mohammed, who housekeeping service our room wonderfully. Apart from these, I would like to recommend the hotel especially to families with children. There is a great kids club and a large water park specifically for children. The staff is very attentive everywhere. You can see the general manager of the hotel at any time during inspection.

Excellent Value Holiday

Came here last year and booked again because we had such a good time. Requested a room close to the reception area as the lobby bar is great and one of the three gyms (the indoor one) is close by. So if a daily workout is important to you this hotel is ideal. There’s a fantastic choice of restaurants and my advice is that if you want to book then go to guest relations in reception. The app is good for booking but you can’t beat a face to face chat. The staff here are wonderful so treat them well, tip them well and they will go the extra mile to look after you. If you are against tipping and feel that staff should do what they are paid for then I wish you well in life. We are staying in block 5 which is close to reception and the guy looking after our room is an absolute gentleman. His name is Mohammed and nothing is too much trouble. It’s easy to tell that he loves looking after his guests and that means a lot when you’re enjoying a well-earned holiday. I’ve seen a few people moaning on Facebook about things that “should be included in the price” but I’m a stickler for value and Rixos Premium Seagate is excellent value for money. There’s lots going on and you can enjoy day trips and excursions with the team from Falcoln Adventure Excursions. They are brilliant communicators and their trips are great. Book this hotel and come with the right mindset. If you’re lucky you’ll have Mo looking after your room!

the lifeguard have good service and the bar is is good r very recommended the room is nice. the lifeguards always care anout guests and everything come to rixoa sea gate. service is good the tpilwts arw good and next year we’re gonna come here with family i live rixos
