Me prshant frôm house keeping superviser out standing service We enjoy our stay. Breakfast is good . Cleeaning is perfect pool is clean and cozy ‘ we hâve re from france we enjoy too much we came back sur next Time and thank mr prashant for service

Disappointing service, no attention to detail, poorly trained or unmotivated staff!

I have just stayed 3 nights in the MERCURE hotel. ...it was an unbelievable disappointment! Our 1 bedroom apartment was roomy but that's where all the positives end! Upon arrival I noticed we had no drinking water in the room. I made the first request around 14:30....by 19:00 I finally went to see the general manager in the hope to have drinking water delivered to the room.. it finally arrived at 19:30 after 5 requests...the room comes with small kitchen ...the microwave was placed away from any wall plug ...after another 2 calls someone showed up to plug the microwave into the wall plug...but had to remove the boiling plate for the kettle. I was assured the boiling plate will be replaced...never happened. We ran out of tissues in the room ... housekeeping not paying attention to any details... The carpets in the corridor to the escalators are filthy dirty... housekeeping staff huddled over paper work .. no one takes the initiative to use a vacuum and clean the carpet! This is a dirty hotel! Even after pointing it out to them every morning and evening! The utensils in the kitchenette is primitive.. a carving knife that is so blunt it can't cut through butter! Even the bread knife is blunt ! No wine glasses in the kitchen.. ! Staff in the breakfast room rude and unwilling to assist... Everything you may ask for, you are told by a yelling staff member. Over there. ... I will certainly avoid the MERCURE hotel in the future. I wish I could complain about poor service but unfortunately there is NO service!!! It's a disgrace !!!; the worst I ever experienced in Dubai!!!!

The Hotel is amazing rooms are clean ,variety of the food and the quality are so nice ,the staff are very good specially Mostapha at the front desk he is very helpful and keen to give professional services for us For sure I will come back again..

The worst hotel ever!

I stayed here during covid period in 2022 and the stay was then excellent and good! This time it was from the beginning terrible. We checked in on 16th april 2024 we got what they gold an upgrade but it was a room that wasn’t been used for a while. The cleaning was so bad after a few days we complained and by then they started to clean better and provide everything that was needed such as towels water! Everyday we had to call housekeeping for all the things that where missing. The card for the room didnt work. We were on the 34 floor so it happened 6 times that we got all up and the card didnt work so we had to go to the reception and activate the card again. After a long tiring day it became frustrating. So we asked for an extension because we wanted to stay longer in dubai. But we had so much luggage and didnt want to move to another hotel again. So when we went to extend they said that the first booking wasnt paid. I checked with booking.com and they said that they got a canceling from the hotel and that we had never checked in. So another frustration. I had my creditcard upstairs and the lady from the reception followed me to the room with the machine like if I wasnt going to pay. I felt intimidated by putting the machine my face. I complained about this to the management and I received an apology without looking at me. It was like talking to a machine an not feeling heard. It was terrible! The food in the restaurant was bad i found a few times eggshells in the omlet. The pineapple was from a can instead of fresh. The swimming pool is small and crowded a few beds comparing to the amount of people in the hotel. I am not recommending this hotel to any one! I had the worst time! Maybe they didnt have that many guests during covid why the service was better but now they an attitude and are not that friendly as before.
