I was very disappointed to read your experience during your stay with us. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extent it with all sincerity. I empathies the points you mentioned in your review and please be assured this level of service that does not reflect Fairmont standards is certainly not acceptable and will be addressed with the concerned party. الاقامة جميلة ومميزة وفندق رائع لكن خدمة الغرف جيده ليست ممتازه حيث انهم لا يزودونا بفرشاة الاسنان والسليبر حتى الشاهي والقهوة المجانية الا حين طلبناها وفي يوم من الايام بعد تنظيف الغرفة تركو جزء من الستاره الالكترونية عالقا ولم يصلحوها كادو ان يكونو سبب في خرابها وقطعها وزوجي حاول اصلاحها ،،، الرجاء التاكد من تطوير طاقم العمل في خدمة الغرف وتدريبهم على استخدام الستارة والتاكيد عليهم بتوفير الاشياء المجانيه للغرفه مثل الشاهي والقهوة والفرشاة والسليبر مثل اي فندق خمسة نجوم .. اسفه على الاطالة ولكن اتمنى للفندق الافضل والتميز واود زيارته مره اخرى

« الإقامة كانت رائعه جدا »

الاقامة كانت بالفعل رائعه.. اولا: تمت ترقية اقامتي إلي درجة أعلي وهي جناح، وطبعا كان الجناح رائع من حيث المساحة والتأثيث والتجهيز والنظافة..مع ملاحظة اني حجزت ليلتين احدهما مجانية عن طريق قسيمة entertainer ثانيا: جميع الموظفين كانوا علي قدر عالي من المساعدة والتفهم مع ابتسامة لطيفة ثالثا: الافطار كان غنيا ومتنوع ولذيذ بالاضافة الي شاي المساء والذي في الحقيقة لم يكن شايا فقط وانما نسخة مصغرة من الافطار مع العديد من الحلويات المتنوعه واللذيذة. رابعا: يوجد اثنان حمام للسباحة واحد خارجي واخر داخلي مع توافر الخدمة الممتازة بهما.

إقامتي بجميع تفاصيلها كانت جميلة ولكن هناك اشكاليتين واجهناها قد تمنعني من اختياري للفندق مستقبلاً: ١. لحظة وصولي الفندق، موظف الاستقبال لم يكن لبقا في استقباله لنا بالإضافة لكونه أخرنا في دخولنا للفندق زاعما أن الحجز كان سريرا واحدا وليس سريرين واكتشف الموظف أنه مخطئ ولم يقم حتى بالاعتذار عن خطئه. ٢. تم وضعنا في غرفة تضم غرفة ثانية كلاهما بمدخل واحد مما سبب ازعاج لنا طول فترة الإقامة.
