The worst. Staying here for business. 1000 people trying to check in for some conference. Unorganized chaos everywhere with little help. Can’t overstate how bad it is. Have waited over an hour to check in already. No end in sight. Never again.

The rooms are well-designed and appointed. The staff was fantastic. The hotel was bustling with people, and they breezed through as if it were just another day. The spa/salon is beautiful. The warm water of one of the pools was a pleasant surprise since the weather was unseasonably cool.

We checked in Friday and TODAY Tuesday was excellent for us due to the fact that CURTIS TOOK CARE of us. From the second we sat down he greeted us with water as constantly keep in communication with us. Our 5th night here and the 3.5 jumped to a 5 star ⭐️ in my book, so let because of CURTIS’ care and concern. A few of the Floor or Front of house servers should take some arrive from this gentleman.
