The hotel was very nice, but the best experience I had was when my husband and I had breakfast at Revue. We had the most cordial server named Kelly. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she helped me out together my own breakfast combo. Every recommendation that she had was spot on. If we would've had more time we would've gone back to Revue again and asked for Kelly's section. Do the same and you won't be disappointed. Tell her the woman who drank 3 of her caramel macchiatos sent you 😉 PS... Another great recommendation by Kelly. That probably why I had 3 😂

good hotel, lots of college kids and 20 somethings so noisy, but fun. however, wifi broken so i couldnt work - was a business trip and family trip - hotel offered no solution or compensation...

We had the opportunity to sit at the 7th floor bar and Carmen, Mateo, Clara and Yilas were amazing!! They made the vibes immaculate for us and were so fun :) overall such an amazing experience! Drinks and food 10/10. They provided fast service and even though we stayed a little bit after they closed they were so nice

Do NOT stay at this hotel unless you are ok with rude, condescending, and dismissive people. The valet watched us pull up, looked at my wife and proceeded to have a conversation amongst the three people standing there. No one said one moment or even hello. So, as my wife pulled away because we were clearly in the wrong spot one of the chatter boxes tells “hey hey hey!” Excuse me? Once inside my wife asked for clarification about the reservation and the person she was speaking to refused to answer the question. Whn I approached the counter visibly perturbed this person said to me “do you have a problem” which led to an escalation. After going around and around with this person who kept telling me, and stood up to tell me, that I needed to calm down and me saying no you need to just stop talking to me. You have the information you need I’m speaking to my wife and anything we are talking about does not concern you. After my wife tried to figure out which card to use I said just pick one so I can get outta this damn line. This gentleman got security who threw us out of the hotel. No questions about what happened. I wasn’t surprised but I did not appreciate the fact that everyone refused to provide the contact info for the manager or even their name. I mistakenly thought this was a Marriott brand hotel but it’s owned by some entity outside the U.S: and I can only assume they encourage this type of poor service and combative attitudes that smack of discriminatory bias or animus. I will never again patronize this facility or any of its related properties

Perfect Views and Amazing Vibes

We had such an amazing time at the Fairmont, specifically upstairs at the bar called RULES & REGS. Not only are all the bartenders friendly and fantastic, but our host Carmen made sure our night was spectacular!! She reserved a section outdoor for us to celebrate my mother’s birthday and set our table to perfection. The views were stunning and was the perfect representation of Austin’s skyline since our family from out of town joined as well. Special thanks to Mateo our server who was quick and efficient with our orders, not to mention the food was delicious!! We ordered the two Taco platters—that coupled with the Traditional Guacamole and Shrimp Aguachile was PERFECTION. Super delicious, light and fresh. Our meals complimented our drinks perfectly. Don’t even get me started on the Choco Flan, I was not expecting it to be SO delicious. It’s a must have for me now, and I suggest anyone who goes there tries it. Overall it was a very intimate night for us and the staff did everything they could to accommodate our group. Yilas and Clara are wonderful bartenders as well! Our drinks were delicious and they were happy to make them based on our personal preferences. The bar in itself is fabulous, sexy vibes with access to a gorgeous pool setting. Thanks a bunch to the crew. You’ve made our moms night memorable. We will be coming back again!! 10/10
