I appreciate the hospitality of the staff, especially Abonoeb, who made the stay much better and amazing. Thank you again for mangers, butler, and all the staff of Fairmont hotel. On the other hand, amazing view to see the nail river and gorgeous room.

It was magical! Felt like in heaven, everybody is so nice! It eas my first time doing hammam and i'm scared i will get addicted now!!! Thank you all for the service and Special shoutout to Rabab and Be! Two lovely ladies! Can't wait to come back.

Kris in the Fairmont Gold lounge was amazing. He was friendly, professional and very helpful. He gave us helpful tips and made sure all our needs were met. We enjoyed his company very much. Even though the lounge was busy, we never felt rushed.
