My Fairmont team member Roy went way and above, what a wonderful hotel I will definitely be staying here again. Checked in late last night and nothing was an effort. It is so pleasing to see a team who are so committed to their guests. Will be back.

From check-in to check-out - it was amazing. The Fairmont Gold staff go way above and beyond to ensure that even the small details are taken care of. Mark, Rajan, Rony, and Stephen - wow what an amazing group of people. Chef Nilhari - thank you. The food is second to none!!

Here at the hotel right now. We had an issue on arrival that we thought would mean we would need to move hotels. Yoonus sorted it out within an hour but was also a pleasure to deal with during the process. I’ve been to many places, the service here is out of this world. Also shout out to Marah who made life easy for us on day 1.

First time staying in Abu Dhabi, arrived for a week after staying in Dubai. Lovely welcome , beautiful room with Grand Mosque view. Staff are all so lovely. We enjoyed the Easter brunch very much. Great food in all restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
