Housekeeping made easy is a very good service. Every thing went smoothly from initial contact to delivering of services.Room is cleaned. THEY work your schedule super housekeeping. I love the service. Thanks to Bimala,Dipu and Bishne.

It was really great experience with this hotel. I want to say special thanks to Mr raffay in bar. He made my stay more comfortable and he is very expert in making cocktails and everything. I will definitely come back to this hotel cuz of raffay service

it was literally one of the WORST hotels i've been to, everything was so dirty i had to wipe down everything and the floors were burnt and the toilet tissue was used and bathroom was so dirty it had water stains all over it and cleaning product buildup on the tiles, the lobby smells horrible . staff were the only good thing ( Grace , Sherif) they were so nice room service were nice and all

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel and in bar Mr Raffay is friendly. Raffay recommendation were good in burgundy lounge. He has expertise in the field. Getting connected to such people really make the stay more comfortable. I will definitely be booking the place, hotel in itself is really beautiful and calm. I gonna highly recommend this hotel because of raffay great services and smile on face.
