it was literally one of the WORST hotels i've been to, everything was so dirty i had to wipe down everything and the floors were burnt and the toilet tissue was used and bathroom was so dirty it had water stains all over it and cleaning product buildup on the tiles, the lobby smells horrible . staff were the only good thing ( Grace , Sherif) they were so nice room service were nice and all

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel and in bar Mr Raffay is friendly. Raffay recommendation were good in burgundy lounge. He has expertise in the field. Getting connected to such people really make the stay more comfortable. I will definitely be booking the place, hotel in itself is really beautiful and calm. I gonna highly recommend this hotel because of raffay great services and smile on face.

Food and arrangements was great . Team enjoy a lot. We have group of 25 the arrangement's was on point and as per described lovely. Plan your groups activities . Clean testy food . Good & convienient location. -rooms are spacious & clean. Loved the buffet breakfast spread. Saw a lot of party functions being organized

Housekeeping are extremely amazing especially their service which they did during our business trip.Room was clean,bed and pillows were very comfortable.Good to be stay in Novotel Bur Dubai.Will recommended to others of my frieds especially when you are going for a solo trip
