3D and 2N wasn't enough to fully enjoy our lovely family holiday at the resort. The beach is just a few steps away, the pool was lovely and there are plenty of restaurants across from the hotel offering a variety of choices. Additionally, there's a pharmacy, and you can rent cars and bikes as well. The check-in process was fast and well-explained by the front desk staff, Kela, and we were escorted to our room by Doug the room is spacious, clean, and cold they had flip flop too so if you forget to bring yours have no worry. The concierge, Khib and Farhan, were both friendly and helpful during both check-in and checkout. We enjoyed breakfast for two days, and the food was delicious with a wide variety offered in the buffet at the Aqua Restaurant, which features both indoor and outdoor dining areas. A special mention goes to the hostess Pookie, who was so friendly to our 1-year-old son, and Pras, who greeted us warmly and ensured we had a pleasant stay. We had a great time participating in the marine walk activity on their beach. A dinner highlight was the Tamarind Restaurant, where we enjoyed Thai food two days in a row. The ambiance was great, with live music, and the food was fantastic. Many thanks to the chef and the restaurant staff for their excellent service

The Pullman Panwa is our "HAPPY PLACE"! The hotel is truly beautiful, situated in a quiet bay, and we've been coming back here for several years now! Above all, the people who work there make the resort a special place. Especially: Tee, Pin, Daniel, Kate & Ning, we won't forget them anytime soon! :-) We usually book a SeaView Room, and the view from the balcony is simply stunning. Restaurants, massage parlors, and a 7Eleven are within walking distance. We'll be back - see you soon!

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the detailed explanations of the hotel facilities, the experience was truly memorable. The room upgrade provided by Ms. Takky was a delightful surprise and greatly enhanced our stay. Her hospitality and thoroughness in explaining the facilities added to the overall enjoyment of our time at the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication to providing outstanding service to your guests. It certainly did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated.

The best Hotel for Couple,Friends and Family. The Hotel is beautiful and is located in the best location near Panwa beach. It has its own private beach and have lots of activities. The Manager Miss Peakky is very helpful and cooperative and receiptionist Miss Takky is the best in her service speaking good English and help us with all types of coordination and support to make us feel comfortable with our stay.

This cozy hotel, tucked away from the crowds, provides service with genuine warmth and care.

On my second visit to this hotel, I was warmly welcomed back. Situated in a tranquil area yet conveniently close to Phuket old town and two large malls, it offers a daily shuttle service or easy access via Grab. I must commend Vincent, the GM, for his heartfelt leadership, which permeates through his team's warm hospitality. He personally greeted us upon check-in and provided excellent dining recommendations. Daniel another outstanding management staff also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay, promptly attending to all our requests. Kudos to Kai, the executive chef, and his culinary team for the delectable offerings across the various dining outlets. A special mention goes to Tee from the front desk and guest relations team, who made the effort to remember our preferences, along with JB, Prae, May, and Fran. We were exceptionally well-cared for during our meals, with special commendations to the entire teams at Aqua and Edge Beach Club, particularly Aun, who ensured our special breakfast as Diamond members. Their team members, Hem, Pookie, Annie, Nancy, and Nu, were exceptional. My wife and I felt truly pampered by the Talay Spa staff. Their outstanding and professional treatments, led by the attentive spa supervisor, Tookta, and including Celina, Honey, and Yah, ensured we slept well after our treatment every night. We had treatment everyday for 5 days. Indeed, the hallmark of a great hotel experience lies in its staff, and this hotel excels in this regard. Keep up the excellent work, and we look forward to returning soon.
