The skydeck staff is wonderful! Especially Manikanta and the chef, Venkatesh. Don't miss the food and service if you in Vijaywada Novotel Varun. Mani in particular is thorough, attentive kind. We wish him the best for a bright future in the hospitality industry.

Lovely hotel Lovely hotel nd staff friendly and personal service The staff especially Manisha guest relationship nd Narendra is very friendly and helpful and no assistance was a problem for them we had received very good service from Manisha in premier lounge very friendly nature From thre moment we arrived until departure the staff exceeded expectation"expectional customer service from Manisha and santosh with commitment of making our stay comfortable

Manisha from guest service is very good and excellent behaviour receiving is very good also guided us and very friendly behaviour and food in premier lounge was very taste with and good services definitely I will refer my friends and family I appreciate all the staff members

Manisha from Guest Relations and Eshwar from front office are doing a fine job.Very courteous and helpful. Keep up the good work. Thank you for the good experience and nice evening snacks.It is suggested to keep some cool drinks like fresh lime and juices during the hot summer days.
