The Pullman brand is good 👍. They give to all facilities and they nice beach. And the hotel management by accor it's a great they are follow accor. The hotel food is very testy. And the housekeeping stuff clean my room it's a excellent service. They the staff everyday change the towel and all the room amenities. Thanks to help us housekeeping Jitu

Was here in may 2024. Very good service, tasty dishes, recommend lamb and king prawns. It also have splendid outdoor seaside with comfortable seats

Worst customer service !!

Worst customer service ever received from the reservationist or receptionist (if like that you can call it), she was very rude and not able to assist, not even able to take my name and number and get someone to call me back as requested. Calling the hotel to make a booking, no one attending the calls several time and when she pick up the call she was literally helpless and no clue of what customer service means. Surprised to experience this from a 5 start hotel part of Accor group.

liked the bartender Isuru.very friendly and nice. The food is tasty, but not very varied. There is a lifeguard near the pool, very attentive.
