To my mind, the location and the service od the best in the country. Nearly there is markets and convenience store, also there is very friendly people. The rooms were comfort and clean. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Thank you very much. It was wonderful stay. Very professional stuff. Clean, modern rooms. Good location near the metro, train station and a lot of a facilities. Delicious restaurant. The bed is very comfortable.

Amazing stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Food was great. I was seriously impressed with the resilience of the staff even through such tough periods. The facilities catered for everything. I strongly encourage people to come visit.

An Ibis Hotel is an Ibis Hotel : consistently standard. The service staff were friendly and welcoming in general. The room does its job, the wifi works, the bathroom is fine with both the heating and showers. The bed's fine. The location's perfect, it is right within the main train station and good for exploring both Kyiv or the surrounding area via metro or train.Very easy access to central station , walking only 1-2 min to every gate ! It was cool for me.

Nice place but a few issues, toilet seat broken in my room, bar shuts at 10.30 even for guests, not a great selection of TV channels. On the plus side, good value and good position for visiting the city.
