Spacious restaurant in the Food Exchange. Less crowded hence, confortable to enjoy the food. Good choice of food and taste succulently delicious. Variety of food including local Indonesia food and international food choices are available. International food includes Korean and Arabic. Staff in the Foid Exchange are friendly and helpful namely Mbak Indah who has been assisting us in explaining the food available in the restaurant.

The foods are great. They have western and indonesia food. Nasi lemak is in the menu today, my little boy likes it. The pasties are good. One of the waitress named Indah is very help, consider yourself lucky if you meet her

Novotel Cikini offers a comfortable stay with its modern amenities and convenient location. The housekeeping at Novotel Cikini is generally commendable, with rooms consistently maintained to high standards of cleanliness. The staff are attentive to guest needs and promptly respond to any requests, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. However, occasional inconsistencies in service quality may occur, but overall, the housekeeping staff strive to provide a satisfactory level of cleanliness and comfort for guests throughout their stay.
