Cozy room, staff is friendly especially Vena she was helping me with early check in. Location very good close to the shopping center only in walking distance. I had something to do in the immigration office, it was just 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Very convenient, had very nice experience in Ibis. Surely will be back.

Staff named Verena is very helpful to make sure I can have comfortable and safe bed for my 10months old baby

Nice room with all the facilities you can ask for. All the staff are great. Near shopping a mall, a jogging track area, and a museum. The only unpleasant experience, was the lift out of service for 15 minutes after I checked in so I couldn't enter the room early.

Always recommendations are very nice! Soup,Main dishes and spring roll also. And staffs are very kind too. They have a good mood for clients feeling so relax. The restaurant inside has well atmospheres with good music too.

Good hotel. Stayed two times. First night after landing at Pontianak and second night before leaving. Clean small room with a clean small bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Very convenient location. Good to stay during a business visit or in a transit.

Well, to be honest I had such a pleasant stay at ibis Pontianak City Center. Literally city center, easy access, great foods. Not until the time I checking in to the hotel, I was quite "riweuh" with my belongings and the front desk agent seem not happy about it as he "melengos" and starting to "menarik nafas panjang" on me maybe to express his anger towards me. I was in hurry while that happened so I didn't say anything, but now the thoughts going through my mind and I decided to pour it here because I might not be staying at this hotel ever again but maybe be nicer next time and there's always a room for learning, no?
