Awesome hotel stay

I absolutely loved my stay at Novotel Sorocaba. The location is fabulous as there are many restaurants in the area, a huge shopping mall across the street, a market and etc. The staff was fabulous. Marco made my stay even more comfortable. He speaks more English and was able to help me find taxis on more than was occasion. He was also extremely patient with me. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant as well. I do recommend this hotel!

We really liked the approach in the reception. The receptionist Luisa was very kind to us and she was helpfull. Her English was also really good so we could tell easly what we need. Thanks to her that she made our stay comfortable. We will definetely stay here again.

Novotel in Sao Paolo… Fabulous breakfast. Lovely staff Extremely helpful and kind Showed us the special Brazilan coffee.. Perfect omelet made as requested Would definitely recommend this hotel… Staff very helpful.

Great food and service

I had dinner with colleagues a Sunday night. The food was fresh and good prepare, the place is comfortable and well design to incentive people to talk and have a good moment. Felipe, our waiter, was very kind, smiling and available to help, considering that we are from chile and we don’t speak Portuguese.

Room was very average - but price, amenities, and location were great.

I stayed here with my husband for a few nights while visiting family in Brazil. The room was extremely affordable, which we were very happy with. But as usually is the case, you do get what you pay for. The room was as basic as basic gets - we were a little disappointed in the quality of the bed, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. But I guess we should have expected that. On the other hand, the hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the bar tender was wonderful, and I used the gym which was above average. It's also a hop, skip, and a jump across the street to a great mall with plenty of food options. Overall, good for a short stay.
