I stayed in a 3 BR, beds were comfortable. The space is all we needed since mom, dad and I went to sightsee all day. Lucas Bello was so welcoming at the breakfast in the morning. He helped warm up my dads special diet meal and was so kind to us. Lucas really made all the difference in our trip and stay. This place looks great, it’s secure and it’s near a huge shopping mall and Metro. It also has an Uber pick up area across the street.

Great Stay

We had a much needed rest at the Ibis Novo America in Rio de Janeiro after a grueling time arranging for the compensations for our cancelled flight. The hotel is about a 20-minute ride from the airport. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room is comfortable; and has a nice view of the  skyscrapers against a backdrop of mountains.

That is the hotel my family and I stay in when we go to Rio. Very convenient and clean. Breakfast is awesome. Great staff, headed by Ana Thomazini, attentive and caring. We would like to name other staff members: Eduarda Lobo, João Pedro, Isabela Romero, Vinicius, Lucas Belo, Andressa Costa, Julia Guimarães and Ione Andrade (she kept my room very tidy and clean). I am thankful to the team that made my stay so comfy. Breakfast is delicious (I paid extra to get it daily), and sometimes I had dinner there, on Tuesdays, when they prepare soups, also delicious.

Dear Ms Elisabeth, Thankyou so much to this gently review about our hotel. As you know, your family is always welcomed to Ibis Rio de Janeiro Nova America. We hope see you again soon.

Business Event

I was looking for a place to hold a business event. The Ibis Hotel was perfect. The events team is super attentive, the coffee break had everything we were specting. The room only had space for 50 people, which for larger events can be a problem. But it fullfield my needs at the time. I highly recommend the Nova America Ibis for business events. Excellent reception and everything went exactly how we planend. Special thanks to Thais Melo.

Disappointing

I stayed here because i had a very early flight out of GIG . The room was small and the bed uncomfortable. The fitted sheet kept coming off The worst part was every time sometime shut their hotel the noise was terrible and you could here every noise from Hallway . I did not sleep and wasted the time to move close to airport . The noisey hallways were the worst part of the stay

Dear Guest, We are very sorry about your dissapointment in your stay whit us. In Ibis Nova America we work hard to provid to our guest a great experience in hospitality. Being a economic hotel, our rooms are all the same size, and this is a standard on our brand. We hope you get us a chace to provide you a better experience here, because we don´t have lot off complaints about noises in neiborhood. Perhaps it was something punctual. We appologize for any inconvenience, and we are on hand for whatever is necessary.
