Really bad hotel

This is the squalid hotel Turkish airlines puts you up in if you have a long layover. The only good thing was that we did not have to pay for this crappy hotel. I think it calls itself a 5 star hotel. It shares a building and buffet with the adjoining Pullman hotel (which looked better). The rooms are appalling and poorly maintained. The bathroom door was broken and couldn't be shut properly and there were issues with the shower. Since we spent most of our time sleeping it was bearable. This hotel is located in a rather boring part of the city so you can't really walk out and look around. Never book this hotel for yourself if you have a choice!!!!

WARNING, they ask for a deposit of 150 euros and do not return it. I feel robbed by them. At the time of checkout, the employee opened an envelope, showed my card receipt, and said that they would issue a refund. Trusting them, I left and waited. It's been over a month, and nothing has been done, even with emails sent.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of our tour group. We were on 4th floor and wifi didn’t work so had to keep going to the lobby to use. There were no face or hand towels and no spare pillows, no iron or ironing board, kettle did not work and tv remote did not work. Luckily we were only there for two nights but unfortunately will be returning there for one night before flying home. The hotel was also situated far from amenities so not much to see or do without taking a taxi or Uber. I would not recommend this hotel if you had another option.

One night hotel for group tour.

This hotel is only for group tour one night. Not recommend for others who have other choices for accommodation. Quite inconvenient hotel. Far from everything. Breakfast is ok but too many tourists. Room is not that clean. Maid service not the same standard everyday.

Firstly, the hotel looks ok from outside and lobby. Inside, lights are not on, it’s dark. Rooms are big which is a good point but rooms are dark, lighting is not enough. Toilet door hinge broke and door can’t close, shower head is broken and water is very little. Window was cracked from the outside. They use paper cups in room. Breakfast was very limited with very few choice to choose from. Wifi was not working at all throughout our stay. When we check out, water was actually leaking due to rain from the roof. Really a tired hotel that needs major renovations
