My stay was so magnificent I will say. Wayan is very accommodating and helpful, im so thankful. On top of that my wife came later during my stay and I liased with the GE Team to surprise my wife. And they exceeded my expectations. I only wanted a love swan and just rose petals on the bed but the setup was absolutely amazing. The rosepetals was not just on the bed but was all over on the floor and they prepared a cake as well with a handwritten note and a bathtub filled with rose petals. Biggest thank you to Oka, Thiya, Lia for working hand in hand in making my stay memorable.

The staff at the Sofitel have been absolutely amazing!!!!! They can’t do enough for you. Special mention to Artha at the gym for going above and beyond his working hours to assist me. Also mention to the staff at the buffet and Marsi, the chef and Staff at Toya. My family and I have been made to feel so special here.

Definitely will come back again

We arrived right before check-in time and had to wait a few minutes before the room was ready. The front desk Bli Oka was very enthusiastic and apologetic even though it was certainly not his fault, and promptly got us squared away as soon as possible. He was very responsible and took us to our room and made sure we liked the room. The room facing to the pool with balcony, clean, and in very good condition. Definitely will come back again!

I organized the APAC GM Summit event in April 2024 at Sofitel. The event went smoothly, the room and car arrangements were well-arranged as requested. Their team was highly professional and communicative. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The food was delicious with a wide range of options, including halal, vegetarian, gluten-free, and many more. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fragrant (they provided L'Occitane products in the bathrooms). All Asia Pacific participants were delighted with their stay. Many thanks for all supports from the Sofitel team, especially Mr. Karuna, who was instrumental in accommodating every request. Special thanks also to Chef Mauri and Chef Subur for the outstanding food arrangements and delicious meals. What an amazing experience with Sofitel! Well done!
