My family and I stayed here for 2 nights, enjoying the Ramadan package. I can say, our stay was perfect! The room was very nice with very complete facilities. Our kids were very happy with all the kids facilities. All the staff were very helpful and attentive! Especially Yudi, the front office staff, who was very helpful and friendly. Definitely the best 5-star hotel in town and also the best family hotel! I can't wait to stay here again. Thank you, Pullman!

so many activities in one place, kids are happy, also the activity staff are very nice esp mba Tiara who accompany my kids while waiting for the room.. thank you! keep it up cons : waiting for room after check in bit too long, stricly at 3 pm, we arrived at 1 and room still not ready.. maybe it bc eid season holiday

Having so much fun stay here, the facilities for kids so amazing, the kids play panjat tebing guide by mas fachri and mas rizal so helpfull.. thank you so much pullman ciawi team for amazing service during our stay.. nice place to stay with famz ❤️

Amazing Kid-Friendly Hotels

We really enjoyed our stay. The most kid-friendly hotel in Bogor. The room was very nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, two round tables, bath tubs, and a nice sitting area. There was a gorgeous view of the pool, and we could see our kids enjoying the pool party.   We met Laura and Tiara in their kids playground; they were very friendly and there were so many activities in that indoor playground. Mbak Tiara was also very kindly to entertain the kids with balloons.    Special thanks to  Alvi, Rizal, Fahri, and El entertained the kids at the pool party! It was so fun!

Loved everything about the hotel. Room was big and spacious and the bed was everything that spells comfort! Took a bit of time getting use to the layout but we really enjoyed our stay here. Met Tiara & Nasir who entertained the kids with balloons when we were checking out. Definitely coming back for another stay!
