When I started enter the lobby, warm welcome from the staff, good vibes of the public areas. We requested for a room with more sunshine, and we got exactly what we wanted. We also would like to give credit to the restaurant staff. And the bar was Magnificent. We absolutely love the food at the damsole, from the cheesy pizza, the soup buntut that we ordered from room service, and the wonderful breakfast from the food exchange. The option of having buffet plus indomie is just pure jenius. Novotel samator, thank you for having us, and we made the right decision to stay at your hotel. We really didnt want to leave! Without a doubt eka damsole is the best barman

Nice hotel with full facility, gym, ballroom, sauna, pool, restaurant. This is my first experience to stay at Novotel Samator Surabaya Timur. After viewed many hotel review at Tripadvisor, then I was decided to booked at Novotel Samator Surabaya Timur. Great hotel, Good Room, Clean and so aunthentic I got an upgrade to the next level and it was so wonderful view! The staff so helpful and I was ask to kept my belongings from courier, and he kept it and did let me know Mr. Rizka at the concierge help me a lot. Gave me direction to go to nearest Oleh-oleh center. Good job for Novotel Samator and hope could be stay here again in the future! Bonjour!
