Room smelt mouldy making me feel sick and with a headache. Rang reception and no rooms are available. They were going to send up someone to fix the air conditioner, not sure why since the air cond was working but the room smelt mouldy. Mould in shower, on door, tiles in bathroom not clean. Never again.

Terrible Rooms and experience for an Accor Hotel

Room dated. Shower cubicle had mould. We had to request for 2 extra pillows as the ones supplied were flat. Room serviced but housekeeping forgot to replenish milk and coffee. On check in a $100 deposit taken off my credit card. I had to call the hotel three days after our check out to see how long they were going to hold my money. Told three to four working days depending on my bank. Not Good Enough!!!! Will not be staying there ever again.

Good Location

Stay for 3 nights, got a room in a corner with view of Brisbane City Hall Clock and the church. Location is superb… near central station and shoping area. Bed linen clean, bath amenties also good. But its looks like the AC in my room doesnt work properly. Can not change the temperatur, tho room feel a little bit hot. Also the TV some times doesnt work. The housekeeping should check those things everytime they cleaning the room.

Hotel is worth its money

Very good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good central location in Brisbane. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, room number 1313 on the 13th floor did not bring bad luck...☺ Buffet breakfast was fine. We had dinner twice at Pig 'n Whistle, which was very good, live music, friendly staff

Visited for a quick overnight staycation while attending an event at Southbank. Room was clean and tidy with fridge and aircon which helped cool our lovely humidity. Staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. No issues or concerns at all. Loved the hot shower and oh so comfy bed and doona. Roof top bar was awesome and special Thanks for making my gold member drink a highlight (staff member bar lady name started with M-so sorry had slipped my mind). Easy check out and great bonsoy latte at goldfinch on my departure. Easily as good as Melb and Syd stays. Great work Brissie Mercure.
