Not a bad hotel, in the very center away from the noise at the same time, not bad breakfasts,two minutes by walking from yafoo, good views from room, we had a camera on a high floor, happy hour in hotel it’s a very nice addition, I would like to pay attention to the cleanliness where the breakfasts are held, the wardrobe in the room is very small, I didn't like the savings on soap and shower gel, no shampoo for hair, body cream

Great Location, Easy Walk to Old City

No, it was December 2022. Easy walking to the Old City, and lots of restaurants all around. The light rail was very close-by. Rooms are small, but that was okay -- they were clean. Hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Great budget hotel

Budget hotel in perfect location for the City Centre of Jerusalem - across the road to the Ben Yehuda pedestrian street, and within easy walk of the Mamilla shopping street, Machneh Yehuda market and the Old City of Jerusalem. Bit longer walk, or a short ride on the Jerusalem Light Rail to the Central Bus Station & Yitzchak Navon train station to get around the town and country. Breakfast may not have been as extensive at a more expensive hotel, but way more impressive than expected for a budget hotel. Room wasn't anything fancy but plenty of space (we had a larger room for 3 people - main double bed a double sofa bed). Well worth staying for a night or two in Jerusalem.

Ok hotel for the price

Breakfast was limited in selection. Rooms are tiny and our small fridge made an awfully sound all the time. Close enough to main sites. Ok place to stay for the price. There are enough coffee shops and restaurant near the hotel. Be aware every Saturday is a holiday

Great staff and location but bathroom mouldy and unclean. Carpets had several bleach stains

First of all the positives: - great staff - location in the middle of Jerusalem The negatives (see the attached photos) I have stayed in many Accor hotels around the world and this one has to be the most unclean and run down -when you step into the shower cubicle you get an overpowering smell of mould - the shower surround had areas of black mould -the shower cubicle has a open-ended panel in the corner that could never be cleaned so I guess it was full of mould, hence the mouldy smell -the bathroom had peeling wallpaper and one of the lights was falling away from the ceiling - the carpets had bleach stains in several areas
