We loved the stay in the hotel. Very hospitable and friendly staff. Enjoyed yummy breakfast. Beautiful view in the fourth floor in a quiet area. Easily accessible from the airport. The concierge staff (carlos) supported us, in a good way around new place.

Abysmal IBIS

We arrived at 2320 to be welcomed by 6 armed police officers who were surrounding a guest who was shouting & swearing, we have a 9 year old who has never heard such language and who became very frightened. There were many guests trying to check in but unfortunately there were no rooms available. We had booked & paid for our triple room 4 weeks previously. We got to the check in at 0030 only to be told we did not have a booking!. The check in staff told us that as we booked through a third party & not direct with Ibis we were not priority & would have to go somewhere else. With that the Ibis rep walked away. We did argue, and attracted the attention of the police officers who were still trying to subdue the drunk guest. Eventually we were given a small 2 single bed room where we spent a very uncomfortable night. BE WARNED - FOR ME NEVER AGAIN

I would say that the hotel is situated in a perfect location to go to the airport. First tram at 05.23 am Of course the hotel is a budget and very basic,however it gets all the points for the easy way to and from airport with tram ticket just chf 2.80. Room are cleaned and staff are very kind. Surely, I will book again for an early flight.

It was a great stay and cost effective in Zürich. Very near to station and staffs are user friendly. Well maintained and rooms are cleaned everyday. Great place for stay in budget. Staffs were we’ll behaved

It was really nice!!!♡ If you find the hotel near the airport, this is the best! This place is really nice to stay and eat breakfast, stay in comfort place. If you are considering what hotel suits you, this is the best!!!
