This high-rise hotel is situated close to the metro station. Lifts are efficient. Employees are friendly. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is bountiful, delicious and fresh. The ambience is serene.

Poor facilities- air conditioning

I am staying at the hotel, and today is the 2nd night. I ‘ve just made a request at the reception to check whether my air conditioning is working or not coz it keeps at 25 degree Celsius no matter what temperature I switched to. It is terrible hot at the room and the staff only brings me the electric fan! So is the air conditioning not working properly? They said no, but then why it cannot lower down the temperature? Then, the staff said there’s energy controls in the city! Excuse me? What? There ‘a no such thing at all! I am disappointed on the staff ‘s way to solve a problem. I suggested to change room if it cannot be solved but no one responded. I turned out staying at the same room. And the funniest thing is the staff said the temperature of the city will drop tomorrow! And suggested us to open the windows! If this can solve the issue, why should an air conditioner exist?

Great Location, breakfast was out of expecation not good

Location is great. Gym room is not well maintained, it seems abandon for a long period of time. Breakfast is the worst out of all my stays in Accor hotels. No Services at all, no one cleaned the tables, no one refilled the food. And the food tasted really bad and not fresh!

1. the hotel reception can not find my booking!! I ALMOST can not sleep! 2. accor check in place in hotel is blocking .even there are many workers.. 3. I ASKED well coming drinking 5 times . the hotel not give and finally they say use the friger beberlige in room. 4.still hotel not give the score. I ASk the score at the check. still nat come!

I had one night in Nanjing to meet friends and am glad I took this spot. It certainly offers a lot of life in the neighborhood, for starts as I enjoyed my walks in all directions from the hotel. The hotel itself was a few notches below the norm of Novotel, but still, I was quite satisfied, but for a few peculiarities in the bathroom that had to get sorted out. The staff was gracious and helpful.
