Excellent service.. We can find more food, because this place beside mall. Swimming pool and Gym place very comfortable. Very nice to stay here with fams. When we were breakfast, more choice to find anything food, and the taste very good. We are recomended to stay this hotel.

The hotel was lovely and great. I really like the services here, bcs when i first came here i was welcome with happiness and kindness. It makes my day even better. So far, my stays at Novotel Tangerang have always been satisfying. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front office to the waitresses, and even the security personnel. The spacious and clean rooms are definitely a plus point. The facilities are comprehensive and conveniently located, making access to anywhere easy.

A best service ever🎀 semua karyawan nya open a good manner, it's amazing in Tangerang any great place ever. i can go to Sixth Sense again with all my friends XIXI!!! and food very recommended u needed, i can share to my friends officially haha!

My first impression, this hotel has friendly and helpful staff. The security and the reception are very kind. The breakfast is delicious, their service also amazing. Fyi, Novotel Tangerang now has a new gym and sauna. I think ITS point plus, i enjoy stay here.
