١- عند تسجيل الدخول كنت اريد اخذ شنطي وابلغوني انه لايوجد عربه لنقل الشنط الا بعد ان تاخذ الاذن من موظف الاستقبال. ٢- المناشف ليست نظيفه والغرفه كذلك غير مريحه ٣- عندما حجزت تم الحجز مع الفطور، وعندما سالتهم عن موعد الافطار ابلغوني انه سيكون سحور فقط وان الافطار في فندق اخر واذا اردت الذهاب اليه سوف تدفع مبلغ اضافي. ٤- عند السحور لم يكن هناك الا خيارات قليلة ولا تكفي لاي شخص، ٥- موظفو ركن السيارات غير مرحبين بالضيوف. * سوف تكون اخر تجربة لي في سلسله ايبيس

الغرفه جيده ينقصها بعض النظافه الفطور للاسف التنوع فيه غير كافي خدمه الغرف سيئه بسبب 1- طلب مبلغ لتوصيل الاكل للغرفه 2- وضع الاكل غير صحي باطباق بالاستيك وفلين

الفندق جدا ممتاز ولكن موظفي ايقاف السيارة بالمواقف المخصصه لها غير مهتمين ويوجد خدش بسببهم بسيارتي ولانني كنت على عجله من امري بالمغادرة لم اتناقش معهم

تم حجز الفندق من موقع بوكينق قبل الرحلة بأسبوع وخلال يوم الاقلاع من المطار وانا في الطائرة متجه الى دبي قبل ساعه من الوصول للفندق تصلني رساله ان الفيزا غير صالحه أو لم تقبل وانه سيتم الغاء حجزي وفعلا عند الوصول تم الغاء حجزي وحجزت من جديد بسعر اعلى بكثير،،،، لماذا لم يتم اخباري بوقت كافي لماذا اخبروني قبل الوصول بساعه فقط وانا في الطائرة ولم يكن لدي وقت صراحه تجربه سيئه

لا بأس بها ، ولكن هناك بعض الملاحظات منها : - عدم وجود المستلزمات الضرورية في الحمام . - عدم وجود خدمه نقل الامتعه . - عدم وجود خدمه توصيل الطعام للغرفه . - عدم توفير خدمه ايصال السياره لحين انجاز معامله الخروج .
