At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer, therefore your feedback is very important to us. However please be informed that at Ibis being an economy-scale hotel, we have limited services but we provide full value for money spent. We do provide shower gel in rooms which can be used as soap, bath gel or shampoo. All essential & basic toiletries can be purchased in form of a Travel Kit form reception at a very nominal fee. The built and size of the rooms is based on the International brand standards of Ibis. The room size is also mentioned in our website and other booking portals so that potential guest can view the size of rooms prior to booking. I hope this information will be useful for any future visit. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
