With regards to the refund request, please be informed that we have done the process from our end and have communicated with the bank since 12 September. لم تعجبني كثيرا بسبب حمل الحقائب الذاتية دون ان يكون هناك موظفين لمساعدتنا في حملها للغرف وإنزالها ،وكذلك خدمة صف السيارات التأخير في إحضارها عند الطلب ،البرقية لم يكن بالمستوى المعروف في الفنادق مع عذري الشديد لاني أقارن بفنادق اخرى اكثر جودة في الخدمة والطعام واقبلوا احترامي

However, Please be informed that the services which we provide to the guests conform to the international brand standard of ibis, being an economy-scale brand. We regret to advise that we do not provide porter service, which is also not given being under the ibis brand umbrella. However, we do have trolleys in the lobby area which our guest can use to transport their luggage. We apologise for the inconvenience but we do hope this information will be useful for any future visit. الغرفة لم تكن بحجم كبير وكافي بالاضافة الى التاخر في حال تقديم اي طلب لمدة لا تقل عن ١٠ دقائق بالاضافة الى الخدمة الذاتية في حمل الحقائب

Please be informed that all the services and facilities which we provide to our guests conform to the International brand standards of Ibis, being an economy-scale hotel brand. Moreover, the built and size of our room is as per the ibis standard. Alternatively, we do have our higher room category which is one bedroom apartment which offers a more spacious space with fully-equipped kitchen and living room area, for your consideration on your next visit. Moreover, bell boy service is also not included on the services which we provide, however we do have trolleys in front of the hotel entrance which our guests can use to transport their luggage or bags. We hope that this information will be of useful to you should you plan for your future visits. It is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. However please be informed that at Ibis, being a 3 star hotel, we have limited services but we provide full value for money spent. All the amenities present in the room conforms to the international brand standard of ibis being an economy hotel brand. All other essential toiletries can be purchased in form of a Travel Kit form reception at a very nominal fee. I hope this information will be useful for any future visit.
