World pathetic service ever had I am a crew and being a crew we always go different places and different hotels but this is the worst hotel even they lie also and the driver they gave they don’t know how to talk they will shout on you I have no words I literally cried while going to the flight

Bikram is very good friendly and supported our event very well. We look forward for his to attend the event even next time for smooth functionality. Also he took care of each and every participant I'm the meeting for food and other requirements

Stay for business meet. Want to thanks Somnath who was our on meeting support staff made extra efforts to make our meeting a success. Although the meeting halls need update in terms of AirCon, yet otherwise we had a good meeting conduction due to timely help from Somnath

Nice stay during official visit

Stay was nice Good location, Ambiance of the lobby and reception area is nicely decorated Rooms are ok However during breakfast, service seems slow Though there was variety, but there is not much variation in breakfast on a day to day basis, for six days we got almost same breakfast However the food was very nice, Staff was very helpful. The quality of toiletries also needs improvement, e.g. shaving kit is very dub standard

Night stay on saturday

We stopped by for a quick stay, on route to another destination. Great stay, great ambience and brilliant staff to take care of us during the stay. Would definately recomend for a night stay or longer. Thank you very much the experience and hopefully will return soon.
