It is a good choice for this city. Located near the city center There is drinking still water and gas water. You can bring a bottle to drink. The room may have some dust. But there is a vacuum cleaner provided in the room. Breakfast has few types but is enough for everyone. The service is simple and friendly. You can borrow a yoga mat. Toaster, weights, and board games from the center.

Great apartment hotel in central location. Staff are all very helpful. All speak English. One of the young gentleman provided us with a great history of Cezanne and recommended walking down to see the home Cezanne grew up in. We stayed in a 1 bedroom on the first floor. A bit noisy during the day because we faced the road but very quiet at night. Great to have the additional room in an apartment with a bedroom (which was quite small but comfortable), separate living area and toilet is separate to shower. We also had a balcony area which was lovely for fresh air and to relax. We walked with suitcases from the train station and provided you don’t have any physical disabilities, it was an easy walk - about 1 km. We also walked to Cezanne’s studio and to the main promenade in town every day. All very easy to get to. We just use google maps to direct us. Casino Supermarket around the corner which was great to get supplies. Being an apartment you have a fridge and a small kitchenette. Also small pizza can outside supermarket with lovely people and a small diner style place outside supermarket also for take away on those nights you want to stay in. There is a lovely outdoor garden space downstairs where you can go to relax or bring some takeout for dining. We had breakfast downstairs only once but there was a good selection of food. We also used the parking - a bit tight but so convenient to park on-site.

An excellent aparthotel in the centre of town. Accommodation is clean, spacious and well appointed. You will find everything you need and the reception staff could not be more helpful. An excellent decision to stay there. Tremendous value for money. The only tiny criticism is there is someone strange living opposite the hotel. If you are talking on the hotel doorstep, even in an ordinary speaking voice, at any time of day, you are likely to be shouted at rudely from an upstairs window. Beware.

We were impressed with this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with plenty of crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery. There was even a dishwasher! We were only staying one night as we were travelling but could easily have stayed longer. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau from the hotel so the location was good. The staff were friendly and courteous and we would certainly stay here again.

A newly renovated property with studios and one bedroom units. Kitchens fullyequipped, large supermarket only a block away. Large outside patio, pets allowed, walking distance (approx .25 mi) from Centre Ville. Always felt safe in area. Staff was great.
