we are here all the time because The food was delicious and top notch ,good food menu and drinks , Gourmet Bar in Novatel Airport hyderabad we came here with good service from wanpyn, shiva , we will come again with good customer service of all the staff

Positives: Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Decent wifi. Silent room. Mostly helpful people. All things you expect from a 5*. Negatives: - Insufficient staff at reception, knowing check in / out takes 5-10’. Most of the time there was one person behind the desk with a number of people waiting to be served. Red tape is what it is of course but add people so that your mostly business clients don’t have to wait 10-15’ before they leave for plane or meeting. - hotel taxi service cannot be trusted. I asked the night before for a car a 8:00 (and was said that would be no problem), I got the message at 8:10 there was none available and I would have to wait “at least” 15’ (“make yourself comfortable while you wait sir” didn’t exactly put me at ease with a flight scheduled to leave at 10:00). Seeing a captain burst out because he missed his boarding due to taxi delay, I had to take the risk of stopping a car randomly in the street and ask the person to drive me to the airport. - when arriving in Haiderabad I took a cab who, when arriving at the hotel seemed to have problems with the card reader. I asked reception for cash payment and to bill it on my room. The rather arrogant person didn’t want to as they’d have a “no cash policy” in the hotel. So I had to start a 20’ drive around petrol stations and ATM to get cash. I found this lack of flexibility difficult to accept, the more so because later that night I could simply pay with cash in the bar. - also don’t think you can take a refreshing dip in the hotel pool if you arrive from your meetings at 18:45. The pool is closed at 19:00.

Front desk people are very helpful, food was good, shuttle services are fantastic. People in the concierge are very polite and humble.
