Despite the facilities of Spa were out of use ..We had a lovely afternoon for our Spa Treatment ..From The Spa Reception Hannah/Scarlet /Danika and Emily ..Very welcoming and made morning very enjoyable..Loved the “Relax”Room and greeted by Hannah with a free glass of Prosecco.My facial was very good by Emily and she was very friendly..Will return in the near future .Hopefully Will have some good offers on ..Thank you all for making our day a “memorable “ one ..Will recommend..Lisa H Lewis

Have just returned from another fabulous stay at Holland House. From arrival to departure all of the reception staff were welcoming and professional. Rhys and his colleague in the bar were also very friendly and professional. We stayed on the 15th floor which exceeded our expectations with great views across the city. I have stayed here several times and will definitely return.

Thank you Ruth at reception very welcoming with big smile on the face. Explained everything how to use the spa facilities lovely hotel with spa facility. Can book separate booking for other spa treatments. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Everything nice and clean. Recommend highly as it’s central to city center. Will be back.

Hygiene and cleanliness is absolutely shocking. Disgusting

I’m a member of the hotel, specifically to use the sauna. The cleanliness of the locker rooms is appalling. After I have a shower in the changing rooms, I have one when I get home as I genuinely feel dirty. The floors are filthy, showers are filthy, toilets are filthy. You go in to the sauna and there’s grime and dirt which have been there for months, clearly showing signs that it never gets cleaned. It’s absolutely shocking, and I’m surprised health and safety of higher management haven’t come in and had a word, or even shut it down. In all fairness, what would I expect, I’ve never once seen anybody clean anything, ever. If I was a paying hotel guest, away on a trip/ vacation and I thought I’d go relax in there I would be absolutely mortified. You guys really need to do better. I will raise this as a complaint, I don’t anything will get done though

I booked myself a spa day as treat and it was the first spa day I have ever had. I am extremely happy with the treatment and experience I had and will definitely be booking again!. The hotel is very easy to access and it's very clean and pleasant when you walk in. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was allowed to use the other facilities before my treatment, The spa area was cleaning, peaceful and relaxing. Again the staff were extremely kind and helpful and the lady who done my massage was very professional and kind. The main thing I would note is that the pool, sauna and jacuzzi is not exclusive to the spa users and members of the public can also use it. Therefore it start to get a bit loud and busy as the day went on. Another thing to note was that during my massage treatment there seemed to be a drilling sound quite close and quite loud to my room, it lasted for around 10 mins(of a 25 min treatment). So I can only assume there was some building work going on in the hotel or a building next to it. But again, I will definitely book again!
