Beautiful resort and great staff

Such a beautiful resort among the Palm hotels, I really enjoyed my stay at the property. We were staying in the Prestige Suite with the Palm view which is one of the best suites I’ve stayed in. I’d really like to appreciate and mention Ritvik from the front desk who was so generous, and helped us to relocate to this suite. He really has the value of a good hospitality professional. Would love to come back and stay again next year!

Real Relaxation

It was our first visit to Dubai. Sofitel provided real relaxation and met our expectations. Spacious room, good view from the balcony, good beach, sun beds are always available. Staff is professional and friendly. In particular, I would like to mention Meryl from the Spa. She does excellent massage. I had problem with my back before arrival and after her massage I felt much better.

Akash in the lounge is a superstar - great service, very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Very fast with the drinks! The rest of the team are great too 👍 Rest of the hotel is good, nice touches. Room was excellent, plenty of space and lovely views. Gym and sauna top notch

Had a chance to enjoy breathe taking views and amazing food and drinks، thanks to Anthony, he was very attentive and he recommended the best of what they had. It's an adults only lounge that serves sheesha as well. Beautiful place to unwind and relax.

Fantastic stay until the rain!!! Loved Sofitel The Palm and will definitely be back. The location is just great for walks and runs on the boardwalk. The room and views were lovely too. Thanks to Thulan from housekeeping for doing such a great job for us. Special thanks must go to Han and The Manava restaurant team for the most wonderful breakfast experience everyday. Thanks so much Han… such wonderful service and kindness. ❤️
