Our stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan for two nights left much to be desired. To begin with, there was no assistance provided with our luggage upon arrival. Despite booking two rooms and requesting an early check-in, the staff at the check-in counter appeared inexperienced, resulting in a longer-than-usual process. Only one room key was provided initially, with the promise of the second room being prepared later. Upon returning to the hotel later that evening, we were shocked to find the second room occupied by belongings from another guest—an oversight indicative of carelessness on the part of the staff. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, the compensation offered—a complimentary dinner—was not of interest to us. The rooms themselves were disappointingly basic, with furniture showing signs of neglect such as stains and chipped wood. The breakfast offered was average, and basic amenities such as disposable water bottles were not provided for guests. Ultimately, our experience fell far short of expectations, and we regretted spending money on this property. Its distant location from the city center necessitated lengthy taxi rides of at least 30 minutes to reach any desired destination. We would not recommend this place to others.

Hritika was a great host, thanks for taking care of us and helping get us a nice room :)) Overall - very clear, room service is amazing, got us everything we need in a split second! Facilities have gym, spa and pool which is a delight especially after a long day out in the city.

The check in was very bad the room was not well maintained in term of the facilities, the TV is NOT working, NO Praying mat, NO iron if you need anything you should call at least 5 times to answer the calls or to deliver the request, it’s very bad experience I COULD RATE THIS HOTEL AS ZERO STARTS

Extremely dissapointing…. Breakfast was moderate, hotel staff very unpleasant Furniture in rooms not maintained and chipped . The hotel does not cater to the basic needs of tourists like a disposable carry water bottle to take away , staff don’t even help out with luggage for the guests … hotel is always busy..

My frist time expires in novotel al bustan hotel is amazing my stayed and housekeeping service is very nice and clean food is good staff are very friendly and helpful I really appreciate guys your service so I would like to thank housekeeping mr resham and sanam both staff are very professional think you guys keep it up
