حيده لقربها من احتياجاتي والكن الغرف كان موكيتها غير نظيف ويصدر رائحه غير مقبوله وتسجيل الدخول كان بطي جداً من الموظف ولا يوجد سوى موظف استقبال واحد رغم بطء التسجيل وكان وقت وصولي ليس وقت ذروه كان الساعه ٨ مساء تقريباً

الإقامة رائعة ولكن هناك بعض الملاحظات مثل:- ١- حجم شاشات التلفاز صغيرة. ٢- قنوات المشاهدة قليلة ومحدودة. ٣- وضع شجرة احتفال رأس السنة ووجود البار والخمور في مكان إستقبال الزوار غير مقبول فنحن نعيش في بلد إسلامي وأغلب الزوار هم من المسلمين الخليجيين ومهم أطفالهم ومشاهدتهم لهذه الأمور المحرمة غير مقبول بتاتاً.

اول ماوصلت الفندق تخيل تقولك الموظفة الي بالاستقبال بنفسك تأخذ اغراضه وهذا الشي اول مره يحصل معي لاني جربه جميع فنادق العالم ولم تحصل لي مثل هذي التجربة بحقيقه الغير الجيده والإفطار كان مو جيد
