Shout out to Reservations Agent - Werner Gomindes for his kind assistance. We had a complicated international multi-city overnight flight and inadvertently selected the wrong checkin/checkout date which did not take into account that we were arriving the following day. Werner patiently listened to my explanation and changed our booking. Thank you Werner for your great customer service.

The Sofitel is a very nice hotel although a bit on the expensive side because they had a convention going on and were fully booked. However, the receptionist who checked us in (Aartee, not entirely sure I got the spelling right) was incredibly nice and was able to find an exterior facing room for us and carefully explained what having booked a room with lounge access meant! We are looking forward to the experience! Thanks!

I had to extend my hotel stay reservation because of change in plans. Reservation desk (esp. Kiernan Gomes) was very helpful and helped me out very quickly so that I could have peace of mind. Thank you Sofitel and the reservation team for helping me out

Really Comfortable hotel and the staff is really nice, good service. their room is very comfprtable , i have a good sleep here. There is loung club for your private and comfort. The staff name Tajin,she is nice and do the good service. There are variety of food to service you here. Please come here ^^
