The Sofitel is the most amazing resort. We had the best holiday. There were 15 of us and the service was amazing. All of the staff were incredible. We had Imma as our nanny who was so lovely and sweet to my little girl. Would highly recommend. We will be coming back! Thank you Sofitel

Our stay at the Sofitel in Fiji was amazing! Each day we ate breakfast, high tea and canapés down in the journal lounge, and we were always greeted with a smile by a welcoming and caring lady named Payal. She had memorised our drink orders from day one, and then everyday after she had them on the table upon arrival. She was very helpful, as we had some dietary requirements, and this was easily accommodated. Each morning we thoroughly looked forward to each meal in the lounge. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, they made us feel like we were part of their family. Thank you for wonderful holiday! We will definitely be returning next year!

Room was fabulous. And being guests for the day was an absolute bonus. Watui club was a fun day and staff were Very Generous with canapés and cocktails that evening. Met some great guests while there. Complimentary Mini bar was an unexpected treat. Thankyou Solis for not letting us miss out on our guest for the day massages. Beautiful massage in a gorgeous spa area. Felt like VIPs. Didn’t eat out much as we found out Sofitel Fiji no longer does 50% off Accor dining which changed the way we would’ve dined. But everything else was great at the Brekky each morning. Staff ensured we were placed away from kids so we had romantic and peaceful start to the day. Pool area needs a little TLC pool ladder in particular. Gardens are well maintained by very friendly grounds staff. Thanks for a lovely few days.

The best thing about the Sofitel is its day spa and the staff. The spa has a beautiful view of the water and the staff there are friendly and capable. We ended up having three treatments and frankly could have had more if we didn’t have other commitments. As for staff, we would like to say a thank you to Mary, Lusi, Wilma and the other staff at the adults only beach club. You made our stay very enjoyable. The only negative is that we heard from a Fiji veterinarian that management has a kill policy around the cats on the property of which there were very few from what we saw. Come on guys, you need to do better.

Great clean resort with many facilities and good for families with young children.

Stayed at Sofitel Fiji for 4 days whilst my husband attended a conference at that same venue. There are some stars that stand out such as Mary at the gym who gave great yoga, Pilates classes. I attended her classes and she gave such good instruction at a pace that everyone could follow. Met friendly Annie at the gym who popped up helping out at different parts in the resort always with a friendly greeting and remembering my name. Loved the aqua aerobics at 11.00am in the pool and the entertaining instructors who were good at involving everyone in the activity and lots of laughter. There are the hidden stars who service the rooms and turn down the beds leaving chocolates on our pillows. Never met them but appreciated their service. Lots happening and something to do for everyone and noted the good safe services for caring of children. Sofitel is a resort geared towards its facilities which are great but it can only be as good as the staff servicing it. It was disappointing that when my husband was attending the conference I could not get staff to come or take an order for food or drinks at the poolside. When I managed to get someone's attention they said they would come back and this never happened. I learnt to take water down to the poolside from the bedroom and keep fruit from breakfast. It was interesting to note that when my husband joined me at the end of day after a conference session he had no difficulty in getting service at the poolside to place orders for food and drinks. Saw very little of the wonderful Fijian culture at Sofitel and it would have been great to have seen more of it.
