Don’t stay unless you want to sleep in a sauna

We have just arrived at the hotel today and are staying for 3 nights. Amazing location and reception area very nice. Staying with kids in family room. Very nice view. Just writing this as extremely disappointed with room. Extremely hot, like sauna. No ventilation, fans not working. Tried everything, called reception three times throughout the day with no one even come to take a look. Not even an offer of fan( looks like this is a known problem). Struggling to sleep. Kids want to sleep in the corridor as AC seems to be working there and it is much cooler. Earlier today we had to leave hotel room door open to cool room down. Do not stay here. There are many same hotels in vicinity. It is not cheap and this is terrible. 3 calls and no response.

Great Location to Eiffel Tower

The location was great! Close to most major attractions and restaurants. The hotel overlooks the Statue of Liberty replica. From the front of the hotel in the middle of the road, you can see the beautiful and amazing Eiffel Tower. Our room was a street view, we saw a movie being filmed. The room was not that big, good enough for two people. The most important thing was it was clean. I had one issue which took quite some time for the hotel staff to resolve. I was showering, and washing my hair, there was no shampoo in the dispenser. My husband called the housekeeper and they took about 30 minutes to bring up a new dispenser. It was painful, standing in the shower waiting. Overall the location of this hotel is in a very good area. Taxi/Uber is available right in front of the hotel.

Bar La Seine in the Novotel is 5-star

This hotel is very conveniently located in the Beaugrenelle area, and offers excellent pricing in my opininion given the full 4-star amenities on offer. One particular highlight is the Bar La Seine, which is calm, professional, and just what one needs when winding down from a long day of business or indeed tourism. A large number of bespoke cocktails, and all the classics, are available here, and I have to say they are of very high quality. Barlady is excellent, here showing one of the venue's creations.

Very comfortable hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. After being out most of the day, ate in the hotel restaurant. Lovely food and good service. The only negative was the lifts. One day only two out of six were working at breakfast time,we had to go up to come down because there was no room going down! On the pro side when we booked in we were told we'd been up-graded from a room to a suite,( at the front of the hotel over looking the Seine).

Poor value for money, rooms in need of modernisation

Good location if you want to be near the Eiffel Tower, Seine, shopping mall, and cafes although not a pretty area or particularly lively area. The hotel staff were okay not bad customer service but not particularly great. They weren’t rude but weren’t very friendly except Margot on the tour desk who was very friendly and smiley. We were in a standard room. The room was dated (think 1970s US Motel style), very plain and basic. Rooms are in need of modernisation although they were clean. Rooms were too hot, AC/fan is in need of updating. Towels were not soft or fluffy. No small hand towels provided. No body lotion. Shower gel seemed to be low quality. Shower head was powerful but very old fashioned. Exactly the right amount of towels, no extras provided. Overall, very little effort has been put into the rooms. Poor value for money. Breakfast was of low quality. And staff pretty miserable. Again, very little effort being put into breakfast.
