Great choice to visit Moscow

We had a great time visiting Moscow and staying at Novotel Centre. Despite busy times, my family's rooms were placed close by. There is a great bar and lounge downstairs to meet your friends and have great food. Breakfast was also very rich and had a lot to offer. We also enjoyed our appointments at the massage centre with Svetlana. The hotel is located right outside of subway station downtown. The only issue during our stay was - in one of the rooms the heating did not work and upon maintenance team review - my family had to move rooms eventually at the end of the day. We lost some time and were not offered compensation.

always a nice stay in Novotel Moscow Centre! in those times a clean and reliable hotel it is was you are really looking for! mask and sanitizer are avaliable at the front desk, and in the resturant for breakfast.

Worst Customer Delight Experience with Non Welcoming Reception Staff

Not at all satisfied with this property . Non generous staff to start with . We booked the hotel for 2nd time in october 2021 ( first stayed in 2019) as we had a good experience earlier. So the expectation bar was set as per that. During checkin , when we asked for our welcome drink then we were told we don’t provide any but being my 2nd experience I remembered they provided good welcome drinks on the bar - and when we asked for the same They firstly refused And when we gave reference of the first time , The receptionist denied saying your category was different (i.e. executive) last time . As soon as we entered the rooms , rooms were not as per expectations then we tried and found our last reference id . After taking it to reception, we found that category was same as now but the receptionist had earlier mentioned it was an upgraded one. But now she confirmed it was same and gave an excuse that NO HELP CAN BE DONE NOW SINCE HOTEL IS PACKED, Not even petite request of Welcome drink was entertained. Worst experience of Customer Delight

I am travelling with business visa regularly to Moscow. So far I spent 32 days on 3 different events in Novotel Moscow Centre and I plan to stay my remaining 148 the next here in the same hotel. I could not find a better deal considering price, room, location, service and friendliness.
