Wonderful Hotel

Just had a wonderful three nights in this fabulous hotel in Saint Lary. We had last stayed there in 2006 and I can honestly say it was even better than I remembered from then. Very friendly check in and given a mini tour around the ground floor. It's very central with wonderfal panoramas over the mountains and a nice 10 min walk along the river can take you to the centre of town instead of walking through the streets which is the other option. Our room was on the first floor with a lovely balcony with some views of the mountains. The room was very comfortable with a big en suite bathroom and pleasant sitting area. The breakfast was superb with everything you could want laid out in a welcoming manner and the dining room had a very pleasant ambience. We go to the Pyrenees most years but hadn't been back to St Lary as I said since 2006 but it is lovely town nestled in the heart of the high Pyrenees. Plenty of wonderful hikes and beautiful lakes and we even popped over to Bielsa in Spain to hike up the Pineta valley. Can't fault this place and it's very welcoming staff.

Great service from check in to check out. Pleasant and professional staff. A no brainer or a family hotel. The play room for kids is a great touch. Very comfortable, easy to find. Easy to park. Great breakfast.

Spacious hotel 5mins walk to the main gondola.

I stayed here during a press trip skiing through the Pyrenees. The Hotel is situated 5minutes walk to the main gondola, across the road from the ski rental shop and walking distance to everything in town. The hotel is also attached to the Spa Sensoria, which you can get to through an adjoining corridor.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating to our business needs, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and the buffet style evening meal was exceptional. Thank you. We were allocated a room to provide sports therapy to our guests. The hotel has a wonderful spa.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as part of a cycling trip (Haute Route). Very good hotel facilities, friendly staff, excellent food and great location for walking through Saint-Lary and also as a base for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this hotel in staying in the area
